...NOW ITS LOCKED UP IS THE MOTOR? i went out it was fine after sitting 2 years it is locked up is it motor or jet
 
two years of not running sometimes wil do it most likey coul dturn motor over by hand might remove spark plugs pour some oil into motor let it sit a day or two try turning by hand might break loose and be ok stil have a lot of work left to do easy the take to a shop
