hi i got up bout 8am today walked for bout half hour outdoors?

now i feel tired i wake bout 7am every day dont go to school or college older person,
i had some tea chamomile tea, and well i do wake 6am and fall back asleep, 10pm i try to go to sleep night times, and well weekends are tough when with my mom, i try to see tv shows with her sundays night 8pm to 10pm and i fall asleep 2nd show always before 10pm and then gotta climb to my bed, afterwards, i am welll feeling weak here now, will a bath help me feel better?
i did have my breakfast today oatmeal - apple juice and vitamin pills.. water as well,
please no bad answers, good ones please thanks, i walked round track 4 times today in cold..
and well could be why i feel tired?
