happens i worked at nco financial .? services and i am from barbados and i was working in a department called support services in the bankruptcy section and what happened is i will be on vacation from monday the 28th of september and nco was only paying in that department 7 dollars an hour and u had to make a quota of proccessing 700 and up a day well this quota for me was hard to accomplish because u had to do so many different datapaths which had in so many different procedures to do and special clients so it was a bit complicated but i was not so fast like the others who were there for 1 to 3 years which is obvious but how nco has it after 3 months and you do not make this quota u will get a warning which would lead up to termination the first warning would be a verbal which would last on your record for 3 months and the 2nd warning if you dont meet the 90 percent average at the end of the month you would then get a written warning and if the another month and u dont make the quota it was a final which when after this and you it again u are fired, So i am not making the quota before u are dealing with different work during the day and different procedures that it would be a bit difficult to make the quota so i decided the best thing i believe to do is resign since i know there is no win win situation with them and they dont treat you good as an employee when i start my vacation i decide to resign because it would look bad to see i got fired than i just resign so i want to know if you think it was a good idea because i disliked the company so badly just because how they were treating us and how impossible they like to be so i do not have any children and i live with my mother so what do u think?
