Hi i am 14 am i want to build muscle?
i really want muscle that is puffed up just to impress my friends .i have few wights but i use bags of books i do 50 crunches 50 pushups and i curl a bag of books 50 times on each arm i have just lost a lot of weight i was 12 stone i am now 9 stone and i really want to build some muscle i have 3 mojunths to do it befor i go back to school so pealeas help
 
You are a bit young to be growing muscle at a serious level, but that doesnt mean that you can prove me and the world wrong ;)
At Your age you would need to do it tough to see results. You need to push yourself to the max, and than do it over and over. If you are tired, hav a 1 min break and then push yourself to do more.

Pushups are great, chinups, bridges/situps/crunches are good, use dumbells for your biceps. If i were you i would go for very hard long jogs at least every 2 days to build a great fitness, exercise your legs and to make you moe ripped.

What you eat also plays a very important part of body building. Protein is great for muscle development, which is in Meats, eggs, and other stuff. also drink a decent amount of milk for calcium and bone strength.

Just lift with light weights but more reps. Like 5 pounds of dumbell equals 100 reps and at least two sets. Just keep on doing watever you are doing. Also eat more meat and stay away from fatty foods.
 
You asked this last night. Just eat a lot of pasta and meat. Then go to the gym. 50 push ups and 50 crunches arent goign to do anything.
