simple. make a text, right click on it, then Warp Text.
or if you want to make a custom curve, make a path by using the pen tool, after you're done with the patch switch to the text tool, then when you hover on the path the text tool's icon will have a wavy little icon on it, click on the path. then you will be able to type on the path with the text following the curve.
