Hi guys!What do you say about my borther's singing skills?Could he become famous?

I am really desperate,because in my country the kind of music he is singing is not respected and people only listen to the folk music...Do you guys,maybe,know some way which he can use to become a celebrity person in other countries?I would really like to hear your opinions and advices....And thanks!!!!
