hi I got a nokia x3 mobile phone from a shop which gets the product from HONGKONG. Also i was given tracking number once it was shipped from HONGKONG. Now I got the mobile. I have ordered for black with red model.The box said BLUE WITH SILVER .. however the mobile color inside was BLACK WITH RED. Also the box had sticker as"MADE IN KOREA". But the mobile back it was written as "MADE IN ROMANIA". Also the box does not contain USER MANUAL . for which shop keeper said , u can download the manual from net, most of the mobile companies are not providing manuals. But in YOUTUBE UNBOXING VIDEO , I was able to find the user manual.
Also 2GB MEMORY CARD is not present which is claimed to be present as per the BOX in which the mobile comes. I doubt if the mobile is not original/new. Because the box clearly states "this box has NOKIA X3 BLUE WITH SILVER MOBILE PHONE, AND THE PACKAGE INCLUDES 2 GB MEMORY CARD ...ETC" .. So am in confusion whether to return the mobile to shopkeeper and claim for refund.. Please leave in your valuable suggestions. It would help me to decide.
