having a problem? plz advise
? Hi im doing roughly about an hour and a half of cardio per day, five days a week. some days i even do more possibly two or two and a half hours. well i really am happy i joined the gym because not only am i tring to get fit but i also need to lose about a stone. Most people say i look ok but im not happy myself with my shape, i uses to be about 8 stone now i weigh about 9 (57kg). Im 5ft 2 inches tall, so as you can imagine any extra bit of weight makes me look chunky
i would really like to push myself to lose weight quicker , i have also chaned my eating habits aswel and have completely cut out sweets chocolate crisps fizzy drinks etc. but im really struggling for healthy recipes , i feel like i have no choice left
am trying to eat 1,000 or less calories per day. also how long could it take to lose a stone in weight if i really push myself ? thanks and any advice would be greatly appreciated . thanks in advance guys
