Hi, Can you tell me a nice place to go TENT camping on the north wales coast (UK)?

Last year we stayed at the Ty Mawr Holiday Park‎ near Towyn and to be honest it was a bit pants! We have a dog so don't need and can't use all the entertainment. I have searched for days on google but have had no sucess most of the sites advertised are for caravans.
Please help we want to go away at the start of season.
 
How about near porthmadog...There are plenty of sites including a few in walking distance from the beach or others nearer to town.

Just type Porthmadog camping into google and you'll get plenty of results.

Other areas could be Abersoch on the Lyn peninsula or Anglesey as some great sites / small beaches etc,
 
10 years ago we went camping to Rhyle, North Wales I think it was Haven Holidays campsite, as far as campsites go it was ok.
