Hi, can any1 plz tell me how do i make my marquee in html begin (on page load)

in the stopped position? I want my icons to bounce back and forth on mouseover. One option is to use javascript, but that's a big code. I thot if i just made my icon start marquee onmouseover and bounce back and forth, it would give the same effect. But the problem is that the marquee starts scrolling when the page loads.

Is there any way that my marquee starts in the stopped position??
