Hi! A stray cat has had 4 kittens in my garden, don't know what to do? Please help!?

I only found them last night, they are cold, and it hasn't stopped raining all night! Webthibk there is 4 kittens definatley 3, when you get near to them she stands up and watches you but she hasn't been fierce or mean, but I get the feeling that she would be, I would say the kittens are only a week meby 2 weeks old, can someone please help, I don't know wether I should try and capture them all and bring them in, or just take the kittens off her and just take them to the vets, we can re home the
. I am kinda scared of taking the stay mum in as I have two young kids and I'm not sure how she would react with them. An ou please help thanks
