HEY songwriters ....how do u write music lyrics?

well...ive been wanting to write music ...and i play guitar but i cant seem to be able to come up with lyrics.... i mean i do but i dnt feel so sure about it afterwards and i start over...is there anyway that i can make this easier... ps. im 16 =)...please and thanks....

i write it like poetry...
every other line rhymes
and ill repeat one verse 3 times during the poem... then i add a beat.. there are many ways to make it ryme in fact it doesnt even have to
just pick a topic you love and can talk about alot and there you go start there
