HEY NOOBS! Want a band or song recommendation? Don't start a new thread post here

I've really been trying to find some new artists/groups to get into but I've been stuck on some of the same groups for the last two years. Wondering if anyone could lend a helping hand?

Music I've been obsessed with for about two years now:
Jaytech
MF DooM
Someone Still Loves You Boris Yelstin
Blackalicious
Field Music
Wordburglar
Propagandhi
Controlling the Famous
A Wilhelm Scream
DCFC
The Avalanches

soo...im sure there are some artists out there that would trip my trigger but I've been mostly bored with what I've found in the last year or so overall. Hope someone has some suggestions for me ;].

jackhammer, i completely agree about de-loused IN the comatorium. it is a great album, by far their best, and i highly recommend it to anybody who likes music at large. in fact, I listened to de-loused for the first time about a year ago and it currently sits within my list of top 10 albums, which looks something like this for all who care to see:

1. dark side
2. ok computer
3. the wall
4. sgt peppers
5. IV
6. yoshimi battles the pink robots
7. rubberneck
8. morrison hotel
9. de-loused
10. the pros and cons of hitch-hiking

Try Leviathan's The Tenth Sub Level of Suicide, it's quite possibly the scariest black metal ever, but it's so moody that it would be exactly what you want. Think demons wailing in misery while being tortured by the creatures in the final circle of hell. All encapsulated by the soundtrack that would undoubtedly play at the end of the world.

OR

you could be a gay and listen to some emo

Help!!!
I was looking through my music collection recently and I realized I have very little music from the past couple of years. My most recent album (that I purchased) is Lupe Fiasco's 'The Cool'. I've also been listening to some of In Rainbows and a bit of Portishead's Third. I like pretty much everything from Arctic Monkey's to Mos Def to Miles Davis. Any suggestions would be nice.

1. Black metal with female vocals? :)
2. Anything that sounRAB like Trinacria. i been through a few suggestions on last fm and most are not the same.

Get this album;

^ Probably my favourite 80s pop album of all time.

Alright, I need something a tad more noisy to wake me up now.
Which At the Drive-In album would satisfy?
One of my frienRAB is crazy about In/casino/out, and the librarian (at the local library atm) reccomenRAB relationship of command.
Can someone break the tie?

I'm gonna pretend I didn't see that. As a singer, Janis absolutely shits on others of her era. I don't think you could find anyone who pours as much emotion into their vocals as she did.
