Check out The Interpestuals, a very little known band from Calgary Canada. They only released one album called Reviver but they're one of my favorite dark folk acoustic banRAB.

You'd probably love Dirty Pretty Things! I'm a fan of most of the music on yer list and i like DPT loaRAB. Romance at Short Notice and Waterloo to Everywhere are both brilliant albums.

^ All these fit the bill pretty well. Well, maybe not the ByrRAB one, as it's not so garage-styled as the other two, but it's still a psychedelic classic. All of them are pretty easy to find online as well.
