Hey ladies is there anything wrong with a guy that writes poetry?

Edgar Allan Poe, wow you just earned yourself some major points in my book.
I personally think that guys that write poetry is hot. It means they have some depth to them not those shallow ponds of water, but like a deep oceans full of wondrful thoughts. The people that write poetry notice more about the world. And I also find dark poetry to be the best kind
 
I write poetry kind of dark and I love writing poetry and stories. But people are so stereotyped these days they think its weird and strange that a guy like me writes poetry? What do you think.

There's nothing sexier than a poet. You could be the ugliest, strangest, most unsociable person in the world, but if you can put words together beautifully and describe feelings and people in a unique way then it's amazing and a real draw.
 
No, And Never. Follow your dreams and do everything you can with passion. I doubt you will worry. Create a diffrence and btw all the girls think guys with poetry are nice and kind.
 
There is nothing wrong with writing poetry! Man or woman it doesn't matter. My boyfriend writes poetry all the time and I actually thinks it's one of his more attractive qualities. Yeah people give me (and him) crap about it all the time, but if it's something you like doing then don't worry about it! Being able to write about anything is amazing (and poetry is even more amazing!) and you should never even consider stopping or keeping it secret because other people are stupid and don't understand! Don't let other people change who you are. Writing poetry is a wonderful talent and you shouldn't waste it.
