[Amazing at being myself]

Lost Hope

You raised my hopes
Flattened my expectations
I waited on you
How could something of beauty be so painless to surrender
I let you go, the hassle wasn't worth it
It could only end badly
As your not who I thought you were
My vision of you is no longer of clear beauty
But is stained and blurred
Your chance has gone
As me and you don't belong
