I don't know much about graphic cards, so i would like some answers.

this is the video card i am buying. Will it be able to play games such as resident evil 5? I not like a HD gamer or overclocker but I like some better graphics than my crappy integrated 6100 geforce i had for 3 years now...
And i would like some opinions about what i am buying. Is it smart? It is 24 dollars. and says its brand new. I research about this card and it cost about 130 from the cnet review. I don't want to get ripped off or get and old one.
