hey i was wondering if i could talk to anyone about my anorexia?

i cant talk to any of my friends of family because they cant relate... i just need to talk to someone. please help. and please dont tell me that anorexia is a disease and can kill. i already no that so please dont mention it. it makes it worse. thanks
