hey. i need some help with my F480... (widgets)

Hey, my name is ido.

i want to put some new widgets on my f480, and i dont know how:

i didnt understand the guid... i downloaded winimage, but i dont know how to connect it to my phone.
and from where can i download widgets? and how to put them on my phone with the easiest way?

i didnt do nothing to my phone yet (like software update or somthing... or flash, nothing) so i want to know if i need to do somthing like that to?
