i have a 1993 honda accord. if it rains or if it is too cold out my car wont start. it'll turn over but wont start. do you think its the cap and rotor? which mine has been replaced recently (past year).. or so im told. or do you think its the distributor? or what else could it be? it only doesnt start in the rain and if its cold itll start but its rly hesitant. when it rains it wont start up again until theres a sunny day. i really need to fix this because those sunny days are runnin short.
