hey guys here is what im doing i have recentley been looking for ways to burn 4 stone 7lbs of by late november i am currentley at a weight of 18 stone 7lbs i want to be about 14 stone my exercise routine is half an hour of jogging 15 min break another half an hour jogging stop
every other day i will do 3 sets of 30 min jogging my average calories burned doing half an hour jogging is 904 calories i am going to eat 1500 calories a day and only drink water with one diet coke as a reward every sunday evening to you know add a bit of encouragment my meals will be
breakfast- a piece of fruit or a bowl of sherded wheet
snack-fruit
lunch-pitta roll with salad in
dinner- will vary
