hey guys .... so im joining a gym !?

Any fitness routine will work if you stick to it. Usually people get discouraged if they don't see immediate results. Get a full body and cardio routine (or several so you don't get bored doing the same thing) and make sure you stick to the routine.
 
Of course you will! And making sure you have a healthy diet helps. But if you stick to a daily work out routine you will definitely get in better shape.
