Dear George BUSH ! A Wale beached itself in Louisiana yesterday! I thought you should know! I know you are very busy with golf, big oil deals, enjoying your nice clean pool! And I was wondering if you had considered THE COST OF THE WALES in your grand plan of Oil Acquisitions?
