I carry a snake-bite first aid kit with me when I go camping, which includes a little rubber suction accessory...that way, no matter where the person is bit, I don't get poison in my mouth...

But, hey, if I didn't have that? I'd do whatever is necessary to save my friend's life -- suck poison out of their penis, give them mouth-to-mouth...whatever.
