I got pregnant by an ex of mine (yes, i know i should have been more careful.). I've only had sex with 2 people, neither of whom has any stds, so far as i know. I had my baby and gave her up to a good family for adoption. but thats not my point. during the pregnancy, i was tested for aids, etc. I'm not sure what all they tested for. They took blood and did a pap. My pap came back irregular, but they told me to wait until i had the baby to have another pap. im going back in to have one done, but i was wondering, would they have tested for herpes? i dont think i have it, and i havent had sex in over 10 months, and never had an outbreak before. the only reason i ask is because i have this little white bumps in my well, private area would be the decent way to describe it i guess, and i have a couple of white bumps on my lip and a little tiny cold sore. what could this be? i've never had an outbreak before. im really worried, i always tried to be super careful. I dealt with the pregnancy, and i did what i could for the baby, idk what id do if i had herpes. please answer.
PS-I was told at the doctors that if i had herpes theyd do a c-section because it could cause blindness, so i think they tested me. but y would i be having these little bumps if not herpes?
