Okay a father & son got in a car accident and life flight took the son to one hospital and ambulance took the dad to another hospital. The son had to get surgery but the doctor came in and said I cant do surgery on him, he's my son..how did that work?
 
it might be the doc is his mom but its a riddle so it cant b obviouse- right?
