kicks into place, and? drivers can't hold a cell phone to their ears while they drive, or it's a $124 ticket if they get pulled over by a cop. I live 20 miles north of Seattle, and let me tell you, I see MANY cops who are on patrol in their cop cars and do the SAME THING that most civilians do, they drive and talk on their cell phone. So, my question is, does this law apply to them as well? They are hypocrites if they still get to talk on their cell phones but we can't. Will they put down the phones as well? or will cops keep doing what cops do.....Break the Law?
