I've purchased tons of Quiksilver and Roxy brands products for many years . I've been a loyal costumer and never had a problem until now. I bought a Roxy Invite Only Bag. After only 13 days of having the purse I notice that the stitching on the handles started to come apart, it broke and exposed what would be the inside of the handle, which to my dissapointment was a rope. I did not expect to pay over 50 dollars for a purse to come apart and for it to be hanging on to a rope. I called the store where I purchased it from they told me I needed to contact quiksilver, they couldn't do anything for me. When I called customer service I was given this e-mail address. I want to know what will be done to correct this problem.
