I was 16, and a few days, exactly.
I didn't regret it.. I realized that I probably should have waited much longer, but no regrets.. because it honestly made me a better person, and helped me understand things better.
I was drunk, to be honest with you, and it didn't hurt. As long as you've been fingered(with more than one finger) then it takes away from the hurting quite a bit..
MANY people say it hurts, but it's definitely worth it in the end..
You get a weird feeling though, like when you walk, it feels a lot different, and it feels different to pee..
