HELPP!! LG Chocolate Slide Phone Downloading Videos to Computer! HELP!!!!?

Okay, so I am the owner of a LG Chocolate Slide and I need help downloading video's from my phone to the computer. I mean, I can get them on, thats easy. But like what folder do I put them in? Videos? I've tried but I need to open it some how. My purpose really is to put them on Facebook (:P).
Maybe some of this information will help:
-its almost a year old (the phone).
-my carrier is Telus (Canada)
-my operating system is Vista
I really could use some help. Thanks!
