Helping sis find a GSM phone

My sister needs a GSM phone for T-mobile. She will have a myfaves plan. Her requirements:

*flip phone
*camera- decent pic quality
*mp3/wma/aac ringtones- want to be able to set her own ringer from winamp etc.

How is the music quality on this phone? I've done more research on it and found out that you can't set mp3s as ringers. But I've come across a few messages that said you can. Has anyone successfully tried this? How do you do it? Can the Razr V3t do this too?

You probably can get ringtones on the razr but its probably a pain to do, i would stick with the w710i since its a great phone. Sony have far bettr mp3 functions than most other brands anyway. You could also take a look at the w850...
