This will be my second year of track season. Unfortunately, last year I didn't have a good season because I was coming back from surgery (torn ACL). I have been starting to train for the last few weeks so my 300 time is about 46 secs. and my 200 split time is about 27.5 secs. I also became sick in the last 2 weeks and now I have bronchitis and can't run for a week. The first meet of the season is this week on Thursday. Can I have some helpful work outs that I could do on the weekends that will get me back to where I was? I obviously have to change my diet because I have gained a little weight... but I need some medium-intensity workouts or intervals to do on the weekends. I also need to do exercises that will strengthen my left hamstring (which is the weaker one due to my torn ACL- hamstring graft was used)
