ok i have the CDM8900 and im so confused on how to get ringtones with actual voices, is it possible? do i need to buy anything or is there a way to get it on my phone for free...im so lost please help! thanks

the 8900 can play mp3 files that are less than 20 seconds with no greater than 90kbs bitrate and 22hz

i did this and it works but the file i have on my fone now doesnt really sound good just has the words barely any music how can i optimize the quality? thanks in advance!
