ok heres my problem i got a text message thats locked into the outbox it wont let me view it and it wont let me delete it cuz its locked how can i get rid of this i dont know how it got locked i noticed it when i tried to delete all my text messages last night help plz

what phone? i got the remix so on mine, you right button (above end call) and select UNLOCK.

i got da razr and theres no option to unlock the file i cant even view it

ahhh i think i just dealt with this last night, does it have a clock to the left of the message indicator? if so you need to download the file and depending on the size of the file might take some time!!!!

nah no clock its a regular envelope and it says none if i try to open it it says operation failed

does it have a paper clip? either way in your inbox not the message, right click on the message, and click download if thats an option. and then leave the phone open for a sec and let it download the message
