my mother in law is 73 years old and she suffers from severe dizzy turns for the last 13 years she hasnt took any for the last year but she has had 6 in the last 2 weeks and we are now really concerned we havent had a proper diagnosis she gets really dizzy, headaches and feels sick and feels really weak for a day or 2 after these turns has pains starting from her shoulders up 2 the back of her neck and gets really hot n sweaty please can any1 help ?
 
Since I am not a doctor, I cannot tell you exactly what your mother may be suffering from, so I recommend that you get her into her doctor.

It sounds like these dizzy spells could lead to falls or other injuries that you certainly want to avoid.
