Hi all,

I am a male, 29. Diagnosed with severe chronic anxiety and stress disorders and being treated for nearly 15 years. From anxiety I developed phobias, OCD and what not. I also have TMJ. So much about my healt history.

I have this dizziness for the last 3 years. Maybe more but not this intense or I didn't pay attention to it as I do now. I have hypochondria and I fear diseases so I watch my symptoms lol.

Anyway the dizziness is kinda lightheadedness or drowsiness sometimes accompanid with vertigo when I move my head, when i smell something like gas, when I shake my head, when I chew solids like peanuts or carrots and when I move my eyes to left or right (very severe during eye movement) or when I breath fast and deep. Also when I put pressure in my right ear and then release it i get dizzy and this often follows with mild headache on the back of my head.

But what really scares me is this. When I tap my head, especially on the back of my head and top of my neck, i get this lightheadedness. Normal people would get this feeling if they got punched and i have it when i get tapped. I am really scared.

Anyone has an idea what could this be?

My mother has similar symptoms and she has migraine only.

PS. I had a normal CT head scan and normal blood work, also ruled out heart problems.
PSS. The lightheadedness/drowsiness was much worse and more common while I smoked before I quit a month ago
