Help! worried about my dog eating chocolate?

I gave my dog a medication for fleas and hes going to be hungrier for a little bit, and when I came home I saw that he ate half a chocolate crunch cake from dominos
it's not that big, and he's not panting, being overly hyper or vomiting or anything but I'm still concerned..
should I be worried?
 
How big is your dog? I think it should be ok because those cakes are pretty small and his body should be able to handle that small amount without harming him.
If he starts getting sick or you notice any changes then I would be worried but as of now I wouldn't worry too much.
