Help with Zombie film title..

I am trying to name a Zombie / Undead film i saw a year or 2 ago, all i can remember is a part ( i think it was the start) on a housing estate where some 'living' characters drive in to go home and the undead are everywhere, there is absolute chaos and if i remember correctly there is a very young girl zombie who tries to get into the car, i also think there is a woman zombie who climbs onto the car and enRAB up splattered. It may well have been a comedy horror, i just cannot place it. I've looked through lists of zombie films and the name does not stand out. I think it will have been in the last few years (2007 +) I think it might be a similar film to Zombieland...

I know i've not given people alot to go on but i just hope i can spark somebody's memory..

I think that scene is in every zombie film ever made ! :D Stab in the dark because they're not obvious zombie film: 28 Days/ Weeks Later ?
 
Is it Zack Snyder's remake of Dawn of the Dead. There is a zombie child on the cover of the DVD.
 
thanks Gashead, i'm 100% sure it's not 28 days later, i'll check 28 weeks later as i have it but i'm pretty sure it's not that one.

I know what i gave was very vague, i can see the scene in my head but just can't give a good description so it would be easily identifiable.
 
Dai13371 - thanks for the info, again i have that so it may well be...i just remember it's a group of people in a car on a housing estate..not sure why they go there but i think they are going back to one of their houses for something...i just remember carnage and a zombie child..it's not much to go on i know.
 
MarkA - i already checked Doomsday, it wasn't that.

discodolly25 - I'm 99% sure it was American, it was quite a big release if i remember correctly. Sorry can't give any actors, i'm just going from memory (not a very good one obviously). I'm pretty sure it was a straight horror but with some comedy elements, a very gory film from what i remember..alot of gore in the first few minutes, big shock value if you know what i mean.

Nurse lady rushes out the house gets attacked by zombiees - drives see's girl zombies etc etc
 
it's either Dawn of the dead like the others have said or a movie called Dance of the Dead as that features a scene where a group of people pull up outside a house.

The reason why i think it might not be dawn of the dead out of the 2 i have suggested is that the little girl doesn't try to get into the care because as soon as the woman runs outside to her car her husband is the one who trys to get into the car then he chases her.
 
i've not seen Dance of the dead so it's not that..I may be wrong about the girl trying to get into the car..it's an unclear image i have of the film so i can't remember many details..
 
It absolutely is the brilliant Snyder's Dawn of the Dead.

LoaRAB of people on here have got it spot on.

It's the young girl that really gives it away.
 
Looks like it is that, i should have checked but i was sure it wasn't that.

Regarding the film itself - It's OK but It is nowhere near as good as the original, the original is a real classic which really did not require a sub-standard remake.
 
thanks everyody for your help but it does seem to be Dawn Of The Dead which was the film in question, i've not checked yet but i will do tonight.
