Help With Wisdom teeth Extraction?

I wen to the surgeon on Thursday and he cut my gum open and removed my undeveloped wisdom teeth. It didn't hurt at first but now its giving me hell. I Don't know what to do, it hurts really bad and my parents think I'm addicted to the pain killers but it hurts so bad. On Monday i went back and he put something in the whole that made it numb, but i had to take it out after 24 hours. it worked but now that i took it out it hurts again. I Don't know what to do ,the pain is excruciating.
