Help with wire harness in my 2002 toyota camry..?

its a v6 se model, and i bought a wire harness online for it and it does not fit my existing wires. this is because my car (apparently) has jbl speakers stock and this is a problem because it has an external amp under the glove box. the only questions im asking are do they make wire harnesses for my car? and how expensive would it be to go to Frys and have them install my new stereo? thanks a bunch
