Help with Verizon wireless phone, it will not let me make calls?

I was messing around with my phone and came across some hidden menus on my samsung intensity phone, and put in a password, and was messing around in another hidden menu. I have no idea what any of the hidden menu options mean or what there functions are, so I was just messing around and looking at each of the options, and I was about to close out of everything, and all of a sudden my phone restarts by itself before I was going to exit the menus, and now whenever I dial a phone number some operator picks up and says to make a collect call please press 1. To Use or purchase a prepaid family credit card or something like that press 2. to access free information press 3 ( Did I accidentally hack into free 411 services) Now, I do have a past due balance on my verizon phone, but I I have recently been making consistent payments, and I would receive notifications if my phone was going to be turned off because the billing company for verizon usually keeps calling me before they cut my phone off, which they haven't this time, so I'm thinking it has something to do with what I was messing around with in the hidden menus. I can't text either. I just don't know why the operator keeps coming on and asking me these questions whenever I dial someone's number? It doesn't even ring. Please help me fix my phone. I can still go to all the regular menus, but I can't dial out or text. I used my landline phone and called in on my cell, and it would usually say this persons phone is no longer in use if verizon cut it off for a past due bill, it just rings and rings, and I'm able to hear my voice mail, so what did I do in the hidden menu on my verizon phone.
