Help with Verizon Wireless phone insurance?

ok i have an older motorola q8, its broke. if i file an insurance claim. will i get the newer motorola q9, or would i get the same exact kind of phone back?
 
that is going to depend on what the insurrence co. has in stock, or whether or not the q8 is out of stock or retired......which im pretty sure it is. you would most likely end up with the q9.......but you could call vzw and get over to the insurrence co. or get their # and just find out. doesnt mean that you will have to file the claim.
