So my lg env2 is messing up and my contract doesn't end until the end of september. I took my phone to verizon and they said that they can't fix it because it's not under warranty or something lyk that. Idk. Anyways the guy said that if I didn't want to buy a brand new phone, that I could use a used phone and switch it for free. He explained it to my mom and I and we both semi-forgot. I remember him telling me to have my backup assistance thing on and it is. My friend's mom is giving me her old blackberry. Does anyone know how to do this???
