Help with Verizon cell phone plans!?

I have Verizon and rite now with my plan I have unlimited txts to verizon phones but only 500 per month to nonverizon. My gma pays the bill so I don't know very much about it. How much should this plan cost per month without going over the limit? Also, how much would the plan with all unlimited txts cost per month? I have looked on the verizon website but can't find anything. This last month I went over $53 to unverizon phones. would it be a better deal to upgrade? thank you!!!!
 
its 20cents per message sent and received. They dont offer unlimited text. They have a $20 for 5000 texts. Stay below that and your fine. You only went over 265 texts so the $15 plan with 1000 texts nd free verizon would be good
