Help with trout and sunfish fishing?

I just bought a new rainbow trout super vibrax (1/16 oz.) and a rooster tail rainbow trout color (1/16 oz.) and a flashback chatter bait (1/24 oz.) does anyone have any tips for fishing these? I want to be succesful. And does anyone have any good fishing guides in pennsylvania? if so please let me know.
I know how to use them, i was wondering if anybody had better techniques or uses.
 
Did you buy them at a Store or shop? If so, call them and ask them. Why do you buy stuff with out understanding its use? Use a more intelligent approach when spending money for pleasure items.
