hey thanks for helping! im just confused on which direction to take with this. thanks in advance!
Pernicin, a popular headache remedy, is discovered to cause hiccups in laboratory rats. Congress wants to regulate Pernicin. Senator Adipose introduces a billl which would allow the sale of Perncin, but which would prevent the manufacturers of Pernicin from advertising their product on television in any way. Senator hubris, on the other hand, introduces a bill which would make it illegal to manufacture, but, or sell pernicin. Which bill-Senator Adopise's or Senator Hubris'- is more likely to be struck down a unconstitutional by a court if it becomes law? why?
