help with the game resistance retribution?

i can't connect in resistance retribution online
whenever i type my user and pass and press sign in it said error for some reason and some number comes up,
what is the problem
and yes i have internet access
 
i think you network account has gone corrupt becoz of some reason..................try making a new account on the network once again.................if that doesnt work,try signing in after a month
