i'm 15 years old and identify as lesbian. i am not catholic as of right now, but i think that i may want to convert in the future. i go to a lutheran church and my pastor is great, but i just don't feel comfortable talking to her. i really need to talk to a religious leader about my feelings towards other women. so i plan on finding a local catholic church and going there during the confessional time. and then i plan on just telling him a lot of stuff.
i know for a fact that catholic priests and ministers can be very, very, kind and accepting. so, please don't argue with me about that.
what i'm asking is how bad of an idea is this, and what should i say?
