I'm trying to edit a video just to test out my new program, and I saw a video that was a tutorial on how to do a muzzle flash. I got the muzzle flash and everything fine, but I'm wondering if it's possible to add a flash effect but select only certian areas the flash will affect, like the wall, my body, etc.
I'm not sure how to explain it but I'm just wondering if it's possible to draw out an area on the video where the effect will show up. for example I want to have a video where I draw a circle with my cursur on my face with an effect that tints the screen green, but I only want to make my face green so I trace my face around so the effect affects that area, but nowhere else.
