3.The third factor you are interested in as a predictor of marital satisfaction is premarital counseling. You have heard that when couples have premarital counseling, they are likely to be happier, and are less likely to divorce. But you have also heard that there are a number of different premarital counseling types and approaches. So you decide to compare the marital satisfaction of couples who have had 4 different kinds of premarital counseling. The types of counseling are: (1) Church-related, with a pastor; (2) with a marriage therapist; (3) in a group therapy setting; (4) in a class-type setting, with other couples. You gather 40 couples and assign each couple to one of these 4 types of premarital counseling. After they have been married for 6 months, you give them a test of marital satisfaction and compare the results of the 4 groups.
